1- The student shall register his full name and details, mentioning the preferred days of study alongside the time.

2 – The student is given a placement test that determines his level, as well as the appropriate time with the group that suits him. The student must be flexible with the administration in determining his time of study. The student has the right to choose the lower level and not be obligated to enter the higher levels.

4 – The student proceeds to pay the study subscription fees and then waits for the selection of the group and the allocated time

5- The student has the right to recover his money before studying any lectures, If five days have gone passed from when the student started. They do not have the right to recover their money.

6 – Whoever wants to study privately must agree with the administration beforehand and not with the teachers. The student can only pause 1 lesson per level and other lessons they have missed cannot be reimbursed.

7 – If the student is absent more than 3 consecutive lectures without an acceptable excuse or informing the administration team they will be removed immediately from the course. if they want to study again, they will have to repay and start again.

8- After every 4 weeks approximately “18 hours and 20 mins” there will be a midterm exam. After every 8 weeks approximately “36 hours and 40 mins” there will be an end of Level exam.

9 – Grades are divided as follows

5 marks for attendance and punctuality

10 marks for homework

10 marks for interactions during the lecture

25 marks for the midterm exam

50 marks for the end of level Exam

So the total mark you can attain is 100

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the student does not exceed 60% they will have to repeat the level

As for the successful candidate an electronic certificate will be sent to them with their name, level of completion and the name of the institution.

10 – The student does not have the right to communicate with the teacher privately by any means of communication. The student can only communicate with their teachers via zoom, class group chat on telegram or through the administration.

The Main Telegram group-chat for Arabic online will be used for communication from administration. The numbers will not be shared or seen by others in the group-chat and you will not receive messages from other than administration.

Students will also receive individual classroom group-chats, to practice their Arabic with fellow classmates and gain support from their teacher.

11- There will be a reward at the end of the competition of each level for the students that attained excellence in all areas.
